These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through FLX Engrave. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Customization & Customer-Supplied Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for customization, including names, dates, spelling, numbers, wording, sizes, colors, and other specifications.
Custom Laser Engraving is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.
Artwork & Proof Approval
When an artwork proof or design approval is provided, please review it carefully before approval. Approval indicates that you have reviewed and accepted the design, layout, spelling, and other details shown in the proof. Once approved, the order may enter production and changes may not be possible.
Colors displayed on computer monitors and mobile devices may differ from the actual product. For laser-engraved products, the appearance and color of the finished engraving may vary depending on the material, coating, finish, and natural characteristics of the product.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content to Custom Laser Engraving, you represent that you have the right or authorization necessary for us to reproduce that content for your order.
Custom Laser Engraving reserves the right to decline artwork or customization requests that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another party.
Product Variations
Product colors, finishes, grain patterns, engraving appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or samples. Natural materials such as wood may contain variations in color, grain, texture, and engraving results. Coated and manufactured products may also exhibit normal variations between production batches.
Production Times
Production and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Large orders, custom artwork, product availability, and other factors may affect production time.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed and accepted at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
For custom quotations, pricing and terms shown on the quotation apply according to the conditions and expiration stated on that quotation.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Custom Laser Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Personalized and custom-made products are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind or an error in information supplied or approved by the customer.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout or on an approved quotation or invoice. Orders may not enter production until required payment and any necessary artwork approval have been received.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Laser Engraving will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Custom Laser Engraving may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version available on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that website order.
