Refund & Returns Policy
At Custom Laser Engraving, we take pride in producing quality personalized and engraved products. Because many of our products are customized specifically for each customer, our return policy differs for personalized and non-personalized merchandise.
Personalized & Custom Products
Products that have been engraved, personalized, customized, or produced to your specifications are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or an error in information supplied by the customer.
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, numbers, artwork, logos, and other customization information before submitting your order.
If an artwork proof is provided for approval, production may begin once the proof is approved. The customer is responsible for reviewing the proof for accuracy.
Errors or Defective Products
If we make an error in the engraving or customization of your order, or if your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us promptly.
We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, or damage to help us resolve the issue.
Shipping Damage
Please contact us as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged. Keep the product and original packaging until the claim has been resolved, as photographs or other information may be required.
Non-Customized Products
Unused, non-personalized products may be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning an item to obtain return instructions.
Unless the return is due to an error by FLX Engrave or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
However, once customization, engraving, production, or other work has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
